We recommend you book an introductory single session.
The Coaching Care Team have naturally been drawn together to provide a respectful and affordable way of helping people attract the freedom they long for.
Our coaching team offer individual levels of care by video call, email, phone or text support for unique people. We treat people rather than conditions. Online Coaching relieves you of that feeling that there’s something wrong, and simply helps optimise your life so that your behaviours support you. This can be as simple as stopping making the same relationship mistakes or the more complicated, learning to let go of compulsive hoarding or checking.
So if you’re applying for help getting over extreme shyness, you’ll get a coach who has overcome Social Anxiety Disorder and if you want to stop skin-picking or self-harming, your coach will be someone who used to do the same, but is in recovery with our support. You ALWAYS get someone who understands.
A single video call session with one of our lead coaches is an excellent way to test the waters before starting a course, or can be used on its own for expert advice and guidance. You can also use it to build your own package and have full control over your treatment.
FREE with the single session comes your own tailored treatment plan, consisting of the lead coach’s recommendation for your care going forward.
The intensive course is designed for all or nothing people who can dedicate 40 working days and are happy to work on maintenance either alone or in our Aftercare system.
Please ask first if we think our intensive course is suitable for you. It can serve some students during term breaks and some people have booked leave from work for 40 days to complete the course. It does not suit really busy people as it requires at least an hour each day as well as playing the mp3.

The Paced Programme gives your coach time to get to know you and your own individual quirks and comforts. We’ll help you to find out what fires you up, what breaks you down and build on your strengths. Everything, at every stage, is tailored to you and revolves around the information you provide.
The basis of the paced programme is the self-reporting system which allows you to inform your coach about your feelings in a matter of seconds, each day. You will receive your coach’s mobile number and can contact them when you need to feel that someone is in your corner. Your coach has your back when you don’t.
The beginning of the paced programme can be a little busy, as we exchange the information required to fit the programme to your needs, but you can ask us to slow down at any point.
One of the key benefits of this programme is its ability to detect patterns which you might not have recognised, by way of the reporting system.
