Hi all. Owen here back again. Can anyone advise how to keep your mind occupied and less prone to pulling? I know easier said tab done but I feel you need to be in that nice calm headspace not to pull. Its so easy to say that but that's mainly it. Trouble is I put the tweezers down and say to myself, that's it for tonight ... so I go for a walk or do something which is ok for a while ... then I see those tweezers and back at it in no time. Therefore it is deffo a compulsion and it's a drug I am addicted to fir sure. It is a waste of time but at same time so soothing esp when you finally reach the goal of that certain specific hair. Anyway tommorow I'm gonna try to not do any. Up late tonight can't sleep. Bye for now.

Hi Owen. The zoning out for hours while pulling was my biggest issue with tric!! So I can totally relate. For me, I had to get rid of the tweezers for a while. That really helped to remove a big trigger for me. You can also try setting a 10 minute timer and doing some housework - sort a cupboard out, do the washing up, pair up socks - anything really!
There's great advice here:
